The following apply to a bond executed under this section:(A) The bond must be conditioned on the faithful discharge of the county director's official duties.(B) The bond must be executed in an amount determined under rules adopted by the division.(2) Take and subscribe an oath for the faithful discharge of the county director's official duties.
