L.73-2005).(b) The rules adopted by the township poor relief control board shall be treated, after June 30, 2005, as rules of the township assistance control board.(c) On July 1, 2005, all powers, duties, assets, and liabilities of the township poor relief control board are transferred to the township assistance control board.(d) After June 30, 2005, a reference to the township poor relief control board shall be treated as a reference to the township assistance control board.(e) A member of the township poor relief control board appointed under section 29 of this chapter (before its amendment by P.L.73-2005) shall continue to serve as a member of the township assistance control board established by section 29 of this chapter, as amended by P.L.73-2005, until the end of the term for which the member was appointed.As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.271.
