The list shall include assistance that is available:(1) to the homeless population for each township; and(2) from both public and known private resources, including township assistance.The list of assistance must provide the address and telephone number of each listed public and private resource.(b) Not later than March 1 of each year, the list prepared under this section shall be:(1) distributed to each city, town, and township within a county; and(2) if the county has an Internet web site, published and maintained on the county's Internet web site.As added by P.L.75-2021, SEC.3.
