An individual may not be employed as a supervisor of township assistance investigators unless the individual:(1) has been an Indiana resident for at least one (1) year immediately preceding the individual's appointment; or(2) has had at least one (1) year of experience as a township assistance investigator.[Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-2-2-3.]As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.14.
