If the township trustee, as administrator of township assistance, is unable to ascertain and establish the place of legal residence of a poor individual within the township, the township trustee shall proceed to provide assistance to the individual in the same manner as other poor individuals are provided assistance.[Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-2-1-19.]As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.14.
