The therapeutic psilocybin research fund is established for the purpose of providing financial assistance to research institutions in Indiana to study, in accordance with the requirements established in section 7 of this chapter, the use of psilocybin to treat mental health and other medical conditions.As added by P.L.152-2024, SEC.4.
