(2) Training in the use of a federal Food and Drug Administration approved long acting, nonaddictive medication for the treatment of opioid dependence.(3) Treatment protocols containing best practice guidelines for the treatment of opiate dependent patients as developed under IC 12-23-18-7.5(b).(b) A physician licensed under IC 25-22.5 is eligible to participate in the reimbursement pilot program established under this chapter if the physician meets all of the following requirements:(1) At least twenty-five percent (25%) of the physician's practice is providing obstetrics and gynecology services to pregnant women.(2) The physician has not received the waiver training and meets all of the requirements for obtaining the training.(3) The physician agrees to and receives the training in medication assisted treatment.(c) The division shall determine the number of physicians approved for reimbursement under the reimbursement pilot program based on the availability of funds. The division shall apply for and seek any grants or funding available to fund the reimbursement pilot
