If clothing can be supplied by a responsible party or any other willing person, the clerk of the circuit court of the county from which the patient is admitted shall do the following:(1) Notify the responsible party or the other willing person of the clothing needs of the patient.(2) Have an ample supply of suitable clothing sent with the patient.[Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 16-14-18.1-12(a).]As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.18.
