§ 12-24-7-3

(a) If the treatment team determines that a patient can benefit from performing work for a wage, the treatment team shall do the following:(1) Identify in writing the goals and objectives to be achieved for a patient who performs work for a wage.(2) Describe in writing the type of work the patient can perform.(3) Determine in writing the number of hours a patient may perform work each week.(4) Notify the patient and the superintendent of the information described in subdivisions (1), (2), and (3).(5) Receive comments from the patient, the patient's guardian (if any), and other persons interested in the patient's welfare.(b) The treatment team shall review the determinations that the team makes under subsection (a) at least quarterly.[Pre-1992 Revision Citations: 4-28-27-4; 16-13-23-5.]As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.18.
