§ 12-25-4-1

The director may, in accordance with the laws governing injunctions, maintain an action in the name of the state to enjoin a person from establishing, conducting, managing, or operating an institution for the treatment and care of persons with psychiatric disorders, developmental disabilities, convulsive disturbances, or other abnormal mental conditions without having a license as required by this article.[Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 16-13-2-6 part.]As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.19.
