Before July 15, 2016, and before July 15 of each year thereafter, the department of local government finance shall provide to counties an estimate of the maximum allowable appropriation under section 1, 2, or 3 of this chapter (as applicable) for the ensuing year.As added by P.L.184-2016, SEC.26.
