Notwithstanding any other law, the additions and amendments to the Indiana Code set forth in SEA 350-2008 are applicable only to the extent that:(1) the congressional moratorium on the implementation of the restricted rules by the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services is not extended; and(2) the restricted rules are implemented.As added by P.L.123-2008, SEC.7.
