A suit brought against the county home board may be begun in the circuit or superior court or any other court with jurisdiction in the county. A notice or summons concerning a suit against the county home board must be served upon the county home superintendent. In a suit brought by or against the county home board, it is not necessary to name the individual members of the county home board as either plaintiff or defendant.
