(a) The administrator:(1) is the chief executive and administrative officer of the health center;(2) shall serve as secretary of the board of managers; and(3) shall perform all duties and functions of administrator as provided by law under the direction and supervision of the board of managers.(b) The administrator is not a voting member of the board of managers.[Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-4-6-5 part.]As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.24.
