The board of commissioners of a county shall, with the approval of the county council, cause to be assessed, levied, and collected the amounts of money the board of commissioners considers necessary for the following:(1) Suitable lands, buildings, and improvements for the health center.(2) Maintenance of the health center.(3) All other necessary expenditures.[Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-4-6-1.5 part.]As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.24.
