(b) 'Person', for purposes of IC 12-13-14, has the meaning set forth in IC 12-13-14-1.(c) 'Person', for purposes of IC 12-17.2, means an individual who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age, a corporation, a partnership, a voluntary association, or other entity.(d) 'Person', for purposes of IC 12-15-2-20, means an individual who is:(1) at least twenty-one (21) years of age; and(2) applying for or receiving Medicaid assistance.[Pre-1992 Revision Citations: 4-28-1-5; 4-28-21-1 part; 12-5-6-1.]As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.1.
