(a) 'Visually impaired', for purposes of the statutes listed in subsection (b), refers to an individual who has a visual acuity between 20/60 and 20/200 in the individual's better eye with the best correction or a corresponding loss in visual field.(b) This section applies to the following statutes:(1) IC 12-12-1.(2) IC 12-12-3.[Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 4-28-10-8.]As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.1.
