'Chemical test', for purposes of IC 12-23-14, means an analysis of an individual's:(1) blood;(2) breath;(3) hair;(4) sweat;(5) saliva;(6) urine; or(7) other bodily substance;to determine the presence of alcohol or a controlled substance (as defined in IC 35-48-1-9).As added by P.L.168-2002, SEC.2.
