'County home', for purposes of IC 12-20, means a residential facility owned, staffed, maintained, and operated by a county government for eligible county residents who are able to perform activities of daily living with little or no assistance, including the following activities:(1) Bathing.(2) Dressing.(3) Grooming.(4) Walking.(5) Using the toilet.(6) Eating.As added by P.L.51-1996, SEC.5.
