(a) 'Grant-in-aid', for purposes of the statutes listed in subsection (b), means any money paid by the federal government to the state or any money paid by the state to a county for the purpose of defraying any of the expenses, claims, allowances, assistance, or obligations authorized by this title.(b) This section applies to the following statutes:(1) IC 12-13.(2) IC 12-14.(3) IC 12-15.(4) IC 12-19.[Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-1-1-1(g).]As added by P.L.2-1992, SEC.1.
