§ 12-8-1-5-9-5

An emergency rule adopted under section 9(b) of this chapter expires December 31, 2013, regardless of any expiration date set forth in the rule.(b) This subsection applies to a rule added or amended in LSA Document #10-792 or LSA Document #10-793 in 2011. The policies set forth in the following remain in effect through December 31, 2013, regardless of the effective date set forth in the rule:(1) 405 IAC 1-11.5-2(g).(2) 405 IAC 5-30-1.5(c).(c) This subsection applies to an emergency rule adopted under IC 12-8-1-9(b) (before IC 12-8-1-9(b) expired on June 30, 2011).
