The director may do the following:(1) Establish criteria for a request for proposals to stimulate public-private partnerships to promote employment opportunities for TANF recipients and applicants under this chapter.(2) Establish sanctions, including the termination of TANF assistance, for a TANF recipient or applicant who refuses to participate in an employment or a job training opportunity offered to TANF recipients or applicants under this chapter.(3) Establish a procedure to set priorities for the entry of recipients or applicants into job placement and training.As added by P.L.2-1997, SEC.34.
