'Hulk crusher', for purposes of this chapter, means an enterprise that engages in the business of handling and flattening, compacting, or otherwise demolishing motor vehicles or their remains for economical delivery to a scrap metal processor or other appropriate facility.As added by P.L.170-2006, SEC.6.
