§ 13-11-2-12

'Asbestos contractor', for purposes of IC 13-17-6, means an individual, a partnership, a corporation, a sole proprietorship, an unincorporated association, a franchise, an enterprise, or any other entity that enters into one (1) or more contracts providing for the individual or entity to engage in the inspection, management, or abatement of asbestos containing material for compensation.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-1-1-2(k), (h) part.]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.1.
