'Major modification', for purposes of IC 13-15-4, when applied to a solid waste permit, means any change in a permitted solid waste facility that would:(1) increase the facility's permitted capacity to process or dispose of solid waste by the lesser of:(A) more than ten percent (10%); or(B) five hundred thousand (500,000) cubic yards; or(2) change the permitted footprint of the landfill by more than one (1) acre.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-10.1-2.]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.1.
