'Assistance', for purposes of IC 13-14-10-3, means supplies, materials, services, and equipment to:(1) prevent the discharge of any contaminant; or(2) control, contain, isolate, neutralize, remove, store, or dispose of any contaminant already discharged into or on the air, land, or waters of Indiana.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-12-3(a).]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.1.
