§ 13-11-2-156-4

'Periodic vehicle inspection program', for purposes of IC 13-17-5, means a program requiring a motor vehicle registered in a county to undergo a periodic test of emission characteristics and be repaired and retested if the motor vehicle fails the emissions test.
