'Pyrolysis' means a manufacturing process through which post-use polymers or recovered feedstocks are:(1) heated in the absence of oxygen until melted and thermally decomposed catalytically or noncatalytically; and(2) cooled, condensed, and converted into valuable raw materials and intermediate and final products, including:(A) plastic monomers;(B) chemicals;(C) waxes;(D) lubricants;(E) plastic;(F) chemical feedstocks; and(G) naphtha.As added by P.L.54-2023, SEC.8.
