The term does not include the following:(1) Mobile homes (house trailers).(2) Trailers weighing not more than three thousand (3,000) pounds.(3) A vehicle that is at least twenty-five (25) years old.(4) Special machinery (as defined in IC 9-13-2-170.3).(b) 'Vehicle', for purposes of IC 13-20-4, refers to a municipal waste collection and transportation vehicle.(c) 'Vehicle', for purposes of IC 13-20-13-7, means a motor vehicle, a farm tractor (as defined in IC 9-13-2-56), an implement of agriculture (as defined in IC 9-13-2-77), a semitrailer (as defined in IC 9-13-2-164(a) or IC 9-13-2-164(b)), and types of equipment, machinery, implements, or other devices used in transportation, manufacturing, agriculture, construction, or mining.
