'Wetlands', for purposes of IC 13-18, means areas that are inundated or saturated by surface or ground water at a frequency and duration sufficient to support, and that under normal circumstances do support, a prevalence of vegetation typically adapted for life in saturated soil conditions. Wetlands generally include:(1) swamps;(2) marshes;(3) bogs; and(4) similar areas.As added by P.L.282-2003, SEC.33.
