§ 13-11-2-265-8

For purposes of this chapter and IC 13-18-22:(1) 'wetlands delineation' or 'delineation' means a technical assessment:(A) of whether a wetland exists on an area of land; and(B) if so, of the type and quality of the wetland based on the presence or absence of wetlands characteristics, as determined consistently with the Wetlands Delineation Manual, Technical Report Y-87-1 of the United States Army Corps of Engineers; and(2) 'delineated' describes property that has undergone wetlands delineation.As added by P.L.282-2003, SEC.34.
