§ 13-11-2-32

'Commercial hazardous waste facility', for purposes of IC 13-22-10, means a plant, structure, or site at which hazardous waste, generated by:(1) a person other than the owner or operator of the plant, structure, or site; or(2) the owner or operator of the plant, structure, or site as a result of treatment or storage of wastes generated by persons other than the owner or operator;is received for treatment, storage, or disposal.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-8.6-2(d).]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.1.
