'Contamination', for purposes of IC 13-18-17, refers to the presence in groundwater of at least one (1) contaminant in a quantity or concentration that:(1) is injurious to human health, plant or animal life, or property;(2) interferes unreasonably with the enjoyment of life or property; or(3) otherwise violates:(A) environmental management laws; or(B) rules adopted under environmental management laws.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-26-1.]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.1.
