'Depolymerization' means a manufacturing process in which post-use polymers are broken into smaller molecules, including:(1) monomers and oligomers; or(2) raw, intermediate, or final products, plastics and chemical feedstocks, basic and unfinished chemicals, waxes, lubricants, and coatings.As added by P.L.54-2023, SEC.3.
