'Freeholder', for purposes of this chapter and IC 13-21-3-5, means a person who holds land:(1) in fee;(2) for life; or(3) for some indeterminate period;whether or not the person holds the land in joint title with one (1) or more other persons.As added by P.L.60-2017, SEC.2.
