'Hazardous materials emergency', for purposes of IC 13-25-6, means an occurrence that:(1) involves the uncontrolled release or imminent uncontrolled release of a hazardous material into the environment; and(2) creates the possibility of harm to:(A) human health;(B) property; or(C) the environment.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-6-2-6.]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.1.
