The panel consists of the following members:(1) Two (2) members appointed by the president pro tempore of the senate who are members of the senate and who are owners of, or who have an interest in, a small business stationary source. Not more than one (1) of the members appointed under this subdivision may be members of the same political party.(2) Two (2) members appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives who are members of the house of representatives and who are owners of, or who have an interest in, a small business stationary source. Not more than one (1) of the members appointed under this subdivision may be affiliated with the same political party.(3) Two (2) members appointed by the governor to represent the public who are not members of the general assembly, owners of a small business stationary source, or representatives of owners of small business stationary sources. Not more than one (1) member appointed under this subdivision may be a solid waste management district director and not more than one (1) member appointed under this subdivision may be affiliated with the same political party.(4) The commissioner of the department of environmental management district director and not more than one (1) member appointed under this subdivision may be affiliated with the same political party.(4) The commissioner of the department of environmental management or the commissioner's designee.As added by P.L.53-2014, SEC.119.
