The board shall establish requirements for the issuance of permits to control air pollution, noise, and atomic radiation, including the following:(1) Permits to control or limit the emission of any contaminants into the atmosphere.(2) Permits for the construction, installation, or modification of facilities, equipment, or devices to control or limit any discharge, emission, or disposal of contaminants into the air.(3) Permits for the operation of facilities, equipment, or devices to control or limit the discharge, emission, or disposal of any contaminants into the environment.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-10-1(c).]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.5.
