§ 13-17-13-1

The board may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 and IC 13-14-9 to establish categories of sources or facilities that may be effectively restricted through specific requirements established by the rules to emit less than the amount of air pollutants for which a Title V air operating permit is required.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-10-4-2(b).]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.7.
