A unit described in section 4 of this chapter is not required to have a separate approval under IC 13-17-7 if the unit:(1) is being operated under a valid existing operating permit issued under IC 13-17-7; and(2) is in compliance with the applicable federal requirements listed in section 4 of this chapter;when it is used to dispose of and destroy drugs under this chapter.As added by P.L.181-2018, SEC.4.
