(2) A county having a population of more than one hundred twenty thousand (120,000) and less than one hundred thirty thousand (130,000).(b) For the purpose of determining the number of inspection stations operating in a county under this subsection, a temporary or portable inspection station counts as an inspection station. After July 1, 1997, the department must maintain in a county under subsection (a) an equal or greater number of inspection stations as were operating in the county on July 1, 1996.As added by P.L.79-1997, SEC.2.
