(b) This subsection applies only to fees that are due in 2004. The department shall assess the public water system annual operation fees not earlier than July 1. Notwithstanding section 2 of this chapter, the annual fee assessed under this subsection is equal to one-third (1/3) of the fee required under section 2 of this chapter.(c) This subsection applies only to fees that are due in 2005. The department shall assess the public water system annual operation fees not earlier than July 1.
