The board shall adopt rules for the control and prevention of pollution in waters of Indiana with any substance:(1) that is deleterious to:(A) the public health; or(B) the prosecution of any industry or lawful occupation; or(2) by which:(A) any fish life or any beneficial animal or vegetable life may be destroyed; or(B) the growth or propagation of fish life or beneficial animal or vegetable life is prevented or injuriously affected.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-1-3-4(a) part.]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.8.
