§ 13-20-5-1-4

(a) A person may not operate as a collector of covered electronic devices from covered entities unless the person:(1) has submitted to the department a completed registration form as required by 329 IAC 16-5-1; and(2) otherwise complies with 329 IAC 16.(b) A registration submitted under this section:(1) is effective upon receipt by the department; and(2) must be submitted for a program year not later than March 1 of the program year.As added by P.L.178-2009, SEC.27.
