The requirement in section 1 of this chapter may be met by retailers:(1) by providing to households the department's contact information or Internet web site address; and(2) if the retailer sells through catalogs or the Internet, by including the information in a prominent location in the retailer's catalog or on the retailer's Internet web site.As added by P.L.178-2009, SEC.27.
