§ 13-20-5-8-2

This article does not prohibit or restrict:(1) the operation of any program that recycles covered electronic devices in addition to programs provided by manufacturers;(2) persons from receiving, collecting, transporting, or recycling covered electronic devices, if those persons are registered under IC 13-20.5-1; or(3) a collector, recycler, or manufacturer from charging for directly collecting any covered electronic devices directly from covered entities, including charging for curbside collection from covered entities.As added by P.L.178-2009, SEC.27.
