§ 13-20-5-9-3

A person awarded a contract by a state agency for purchase or lease of video display devices that is found to be in violation of this article is subject to the following sanctions:(1) The contract is void if the Indiana department of administration determines that the potential adverse effect to the state from voiding the contract is exceeded by the benefit obtained from voiding the contract.(2) If the attorney general establishes that any money, property, or benefit was obtained by a contractor as a result of violating this article, a court may, in addition to any other remedy, order the forfeiture of the unlawfully obtained money, property, or benefit.As added by P.L.178-2009, SEC.27.
