An ordinance adopted under this section may not do any of the following:(1) Allow the active area of a composting facility to locate less than two hundred (200) feet from an existing residence.(2) Require the active area of a composting facility to locate more than six hundred (600) feet from an existing residence.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-35-6(b).]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.10.
