(b) A person that obtains a certificate of registration under section 3 of this chapter must allow the department access to the waste tire storage site or waste tire processing operation at reasonable times to inspect for potential violations of:(1) this chapter; or(2) rules adopted under this chapter.[Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-23-10.]As added by P.L.1-1996, SEC.10.
