§ 13-20-17-7-8

(b) A violation of this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter is subject to the penalties set forth in the following:(1) IC 13-30-4.(2) IC 13-30-5.(3) IC 13-30-8.In addition, a violation of this chapter may lead to criminal prosecution under IC 13-30-10.As added by P.L.170-2006, SEC.15.
